The organisation consist general body and executives body. The overall management and administration of the organization is controlled by an executive body member consisting of 7 members with adviser’s board and highly experienced and qualified development professionals with 4 male and 3 female members. The 3 governing body members are full time active working executives of the organization. Executive body members are having 10– 45 years experience in the development field with national and international exposures. 2 of 7 members are having hand in experience in working with international donor organizations. The geographical experiences of these members are eastern Odisha. Hands on experience of the GB members are from the field of HIV/AIDS, Public health, Handicrafts, Livelihoods and food security; M&E and MIS development; Gender Equity; Community Health and Child Survival; Legal aid services; large NGO program management; financial management; networking and capacity building .Besides this SAI has formulating following several committees for sooth running of day to planed activity.

 Procurement Committees consist of Chairman, Secretary, Concerned Project Director and Chief Accountant of Organization

 Programme and Evaluation Committees consist of Secretary, Regional Committees of concerned region, Chief Accountant of Organisation and Programme Coordinators.

 Financial Monitoring and Evaluation Committees Consist of Chief Accountant of Organisation, Secretary and one member of Governing Body.

 Project Advisory Committee consists of Secretary, Regional Committees of concerned region, Programme Coordinators and two activity members from concerned community.

 Internal Complaints Committee consists of the four members nominated by the employer for the period of 3 years. One woman employed at a senior level as Presiding Officer. Two members from employees who have had experience in social work with legal knowledge. One member from associations committed to the cause of women or a person familiar with the issues relating to sexual harassment.

The Member Secretary cum Director is responsible for development and implementation of various operational strategies and policies for the smooth and stable functioning of the organization. The day-to-day operational project activities are managed and co-ordinated by a professional project team. We have highly qualified, experienced and professional personnel in different thematic areas like Doctor, Engineer, Scientists, Agriculturist, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics and Statistics etc.
